Mark and Stuart are joined by Notting Hill Carnival's Marilyn Dennis aka Lady Banton who shares her carnival memories and chooses a selection of classic tracks.
Leading up to 6 Music鈥檚 All Day Rave on Monday 31st August, in celebration of what would have been the weekend of the annual Notting Hill Carnival, today鈥檚 guest is Marilyn Dennis aka Lady Banton, who co-founded Mellotone, the carnival鈥檚 first all-female sound system. She has played Notting Hill Carnival for over 25 years and more recently formed Seduction City sound system.
Marilyn chats to Mark and Stuart about carnival memories and her career in music and chooses a selection of classic tracks from artists including Bob Marley and Lila Ik茅.
