Kate Rusby will be on hand too! Normally, Kate would be just about to set out around the country with her glittery Christmas tour, but, things being what they are, the tour is not allowed to happen this year! So Kate is determined to bring the joy of the usual Christmas tour to the comfort of everyone鈥檚 homes with a special delivery of a full length concert streamed worldwide. This year, everyone will get a front row seat for Kate Rusby鈥檚 Happy Holly Day! (Kate鈥檚 Christmas concert broadcast will be streamed on 12th December 2020 at 7:30pm and will be her ONLY concert this year!)
Grant will also be hosting our Film Hour when film critics Ross MacLean and Amber Wilkinson share their thoughts on The Prom- starring Meryl Streep, James Corden, Nicole Kidman; it鈥檚 a story about a group of down-on-their-luck Broadway stars who shake up a small Indiana town as they rally behind a teen who just wants to attend prom with her girlfriend.
They will also discuss David Byrnes鈥檚 spectacular concert film, American Utopia, directed by Spike Lee鈥�
All that and a cult classic 鈥� Galaxy Quest - the sci-fi comedy about the cast of a Star Trek-style TV show that's recruited to go on an actual intergalactic mission - starring Tim Allen, Sigourney Weaver, Sam Rockwell, Tony Shalhoub, and Justin Long
