Call You & Yours - What is it like for the children you know, being taught at home?
Concern is growing about how the lockdown is affecting children. Home-schooling has been a positive experience for some families but in others children have been falling behind with their work. Unable to meet up with friends or take part in extra curricular activities, some children have felt isolated and there's evidence that it has affected the mental health of many. Some children have little or no access to broadband or a laptop, making it hard for them to take part in online lessons. Many parents, working from home and forced into the role of teacher, have found it difficult.
