To mark the 250th anniversary of the birth of Sir Walter Scott, Damian Barr chats about his new 大象传媒 Scotland documentary which goes in search of the legacy and lasting influence of one of Scotland鈥檚 great historical figures, novelists and poets. Stuart Kelly joins the conversation ahead of his book festival event tonight; Walter Scott, Writer of the Future?

English indie folk trio of sisters Emily, Jessica and Camilla Staveley-Taylor are The Staves. They pop in to chat and perform live ahead of their Edinburgh International Festival gig tonight.

Billy Differ joins Janice for a special tribute to the last surviving British dance band singer from the 1930s, the Scottish singer Mary Lee, who still lives in Glasgow and will celebrate a very big birthday this week.
