Walking to Greenham, sharing notes with Prince Charles and Dyfed’s first punk hero.
Ali Kedge is on a mission to change the perception of the bus pass generation. Using her pass, she travels across Wales to chat sex, drugs and rock ‘n’ roll with fellow pass holders
When Ali Kedge turned 60, she got her bus pass - the golden ticket to free travel throughout Wales. Owning a bus pass makes her a Buskateer and she is traveling across Wales to meet up with other Buskateers, ordinary people who did extraordinary things back in the day - all without mobile phones, internet or Sat Nav. They were, and still are, frontier people.
This week Ali catches up with Sue, Keith and Ian to chat about the 1981 Greenham Common march, a close encounter with Prince Charles and how four students from Lampeter University put punk on the map of Dyfed.
