Ruby Wax chats to Nicki about her new book 'And Now For The Good News'. Ruby is a successful comedian, TV writer and performer who has a Master's degree in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy, and an OBE for services to mental health. She's the author of 'Sane New World' and 'A Mindfulness Guide for the Frazzled', and has toured all over the world with the accompanying one-woman shows. Both books have reached the number one spot on The Sunday Times bestsellers list. 'And Now For The Good News' was published in September.
