"What an excellent present!"

Pawnbroker, who never gets birthday presents, receives a big box, wrapped up and with a card.

"Councillor Coyle!" says Pawnbroker in a text. "I never get birthday presents. My birthday is at the start of January. But yesterday I got a big surprise. It was a big box. All wrapped up and with a card on it... and when I opened it up it was four rolls of wallpaper. I only papered that wall two years ago."

"Happy birthday to you!" Sean says. "What an excellent present! It'll not take you long doing that."
