"It was proper jiving then!"

There is too much jumping up and down, Fra says, in jiving these days.

"Hi Sean," says Fra the Whiskey Blender, "I did all my jiving in the Plaza in Belfast. It was proper jiving then, not all the jumping up and down that they do now!"

Sean agrees. "I don't know what they're doing these days in the jive. It seems to be a competition to see who can jump the highest! They jump up and down, up and down, and up and down! They're not jiving at all! I'm going to get a video of Gerry the Jiver Duddy and show them how they should jive!"
