"Look at Yonder Hill, Darling! Dark Clouds are Rolling in."

Sean, disputes Paddy's washing-line claims, but admits never hanging a wash out himself.

"I have a full wash out on the line," says a man who Sean calls Paddy.

"And what's wrong with that?" Sean asks.

"But this is January!"

"So?"

"But," says Paddy, "It's a full wash! No-one else has got a full wash out."

"Wise up!" Sean says.

"OK then, what did you ever hang out on a line?"

"Nothing!" Sean admits. The only time he's ever been to a washing line is to take clothes in, when his wife says, "Look at yonder hill, darling! Dark clouds are rolling in. I think we need to take the washing in. Will you go out and get it?"
