Jack Savoretti - multi-million selling singer - performs live from Maida Vale for Radio 2's Piano Month, accompanied by the 大象传媒 Concert Orchestra. Plus there's PopMaster at 1030.

Jack Savoretti performs live at Maida Vale for Radio 2's Piano Room Month accompanied by the 大象传媒 Concert Orchestra. Following the huge success of his recent album 'Europiana', Radio 2 are delighted that Jack is part of the station's biggest celebration of live music in a decade, with twenty of pop's best-loved artists performing live at 11.30 am each day right through until Friday 25th February. Other artists performing include Ed Sheeran, Emeli Sande, Ella Henderson, Craig David, Anne-Marie, Will Young and so many more.

Jack may have had two number 1 albums, but given they were albums number 6 and 7, Jack's worked hard to become an overnight success. Releasing his first single in 2006, Jack toured in support of Corinne Bailey Rae and Gavin DeGraw on his way to the top, and finally made it to number 1 in 2019 with his fifth album 'Singing To Strangers'. Last year's follow-up 'Europiana' cemented Jack's place as a number 1 artist when it too topped the charts.

In addition to all the live broadcasts, an hour-long special will be broadcast on Radio 2 each Sunday from 7pm until 8pm featuring highlights from the previous week's performances.

Radio 2 delivered live music to listeners throughout the lockdown with House Music sessions - launched in 2020 - featuring some of the biggest names in music, including Rag N Bone Man, Jessie Ware, Barry Manilow, Melanie C, Cliff Richard, Ronan Keating, Travis, Aloe Blacc and Nell Bryden, with many accompanied remotely by the 大象传媒 Concert Orchestra.
