Ahmed Mudawi learns more about the NDCS report that reveals how more than two thirds of teachers in England feel unable to teach a deaf child effectively. Ahmed speaks to Susan Daniels, from NDCS, to find out why teachers are struggling to teach deaf students. He also learns from students, teachers of the deaf and expert linguists about the gravity of the situation.
