Step into Arlo鈥檚 inner world for an hour of music and musings on creativity, comfort and inspiration. She鈥檚 called it Dream Fuel: a scrapbook in sound of her favourite tracks, poems, personal voice notes, field recordings and special guests.

In this episode, Arlo shares songs from Digable Planets, Dora Jar and Alex G. Plus songwriter and producer Del Water Gap joins Arlo for a musical exchange of favourite tracks, from Prince and 顿鈥橝苍驳别濒辞 to Diane Cluck.

Del Water Gap, the solo project name and persona of S. Holden Jaffe, makes intimate music inspired by romantic encounters and dimly lit rooms. He and Arlo talk about the challenges of keeping a daily diary and consider their own writing rituals. Holden tells Arlo about his grandma鈥檚 reaction to hearing his album for the first time and how her stark words and song recommendations have left an impression.

Arlo Parks is a London-born singer-songwriter and poet, who came onto the music scene back in 2019. Her debut album, Collapsed in Sunbeams, won the 2021 Mercury Prize, and in the same year she won Best New Artist at the Brit Awards.
