Step into Arlo鈥檚 inner world for an hour of music and musings on creativity, comfort and inspiration. She鈥檚 called it Dream Fuel - a scrapbook in sound of her favourite tracks, poems, personal voice notes, field recordings and special guests.

In this episode, Arlo selects songs from Daft Punk, Madlib and Soko, and reflects on the feelings of peace that you can get from nature and your close friends.

In the second half, Arlo is joined by the band MUNA - Josette, Katie and Naomi. The three of them swap songs and stories, from dance classes soundtracked by Annie Lennox to the feral power of 叠别测辞苍肠茅, as well as reflections on negatively comparing yourself to others, drawing comparisons between queerness and pop music, and the boundaries that artists need to set when it comes to identity.

Arlo Parks is a London born singer-songwriter and poet, who came onto the music scene back in 2019. Her debut album, Collapsed in Sunbeams, won the 2021 Mercury Prize, and in the same year she won Best New Artist at the Brit Awards.
