Best-selling author, TV writer, actress and presenter Emma Kennedy tells Kate and Jason about her latest non-fiction book. She tells Kate and Jason what inspired 'Letters from Brenda' about the complicated relationship she had with her mother, about the discovery of 75 letters from her mother when she passed and talks about the journey she鈥檚 been on to work out who her mother was.

Emma Kennedy has appeared in numerous comedies including Goodness Gracious Me, The Smoking Room and Miranda. She wrote the 大象传媒 TV adaptation The Kennedys, (which won the Radio Time Comedy Champion Award) based on her book The Tent, The Bucket and Me and has also written for award-winning C大象传媒 show Strange High Hill and Danger Mouse. She also won Celebrity Masterchef in 2012, and holds a Guinness World Record.

Also, author Matt Cain joins to chat about his book The Secret Life of Albert Entwistle, which is being released on paperback to coincide with this year鈥檚 Pride celebrations.
