For the series finale, the panellists reflect on the most important lessons they鈥檝e learnt in the kitchen. They also confess their favourite tinned foods, and debate where you can find the best fish and chips.

This week they鈥檙e joined by Usman Ansari from Lahore Kebab House in Whitechapel. Usman explains the significance of grilling in Pakistani cuisine, and shares his top tips for marinating meat for the grill.
