Experimental Explorations with Pauline Oliveros

Two hours of experimental and avant-garde music.

Stuart invites you to explore the first, self-titled album from Deep Listening Band. Founded by Pauline Oliveros, alongside Stuart Dempster and Panaiotis, the band recorded the album at Fort Worden Cistern in Port Townsend in 1989. Pauline was a lecturer and writer and founded the concept of "deep listening", which is designed to inspire performers to practice the art of listening.

Plus loads of out-there music including tracks from Edwards Hand, Frank Zappa and Mellow Candle.
