Eddies texts the programme about things that you wouldn't get away with nowadays. He tells Sean the story about his aunt that always posted a turkey from Belfast to Dingle.

David McCarthy is listening to the show in Abergavenn, South Wales and he recalls his aunt Olive posting the turkey from South Wales to Coshquin in Derry.

The Tamnaherin Cowboy texts "Hey kid, isn't the weather just great, did you ever go to the hill to toss turf over?"

"No I didn't" replies Sean and proceeds to tell the story of when he was on holidays in Gweedore.

"I was driving past all the turf stacked fields and I remembered someone telling me once that they were free to take. So I filled a bag that I had in my boot but when I returned to my relatives house that day, they looked at me with such scorn I turned on my heels immediately. I returned to Gweedore but I couldn't for the life of me remember where to put the turf back, there were just too many stacks and all the fields looked the same."

If Sean was in a court of law he would swear on the Bible that this indeed was the truth.
