Friday - ´óÏó´«Ã½ Proms - Gerald Barry, Walton and Sibelius

From the Proms, the ´óÏó´«Ã½ Philharmonic perform Walton's Violin Concerto with James Ehnes, Sibelius's First Symphony and the world premiere of Gerald Barry's Kafka's Earplugs.

Introduced by Ian Skelly, with another chance to hear the ´óÏó´«Ã½ Philharmonic and its Chief Conductor, John StorgÃ¥rds, at the ´óÏó´«Ã½ Proms, performing William Walton's Violin Concerto with James Ehnes as soloist and Jean Sibelius's First Symphony, as well as the world premiere of Gerald Barry's Kafka's Earplugs, a ´óÏó´«Ã½ commission.
