Christmas Morning Live

Bring some sparkle to your festive celebrations by joining Petroc Trelawny live on Christmas Day for uplifting seasonal music, studio guests and listener requests.

Whether you鈥檙e celebrating with family or spending the time on your own, your host, Petroc Trelawny has assembled the perfect selection of festive guests to brighten and enliven your morning with great music and heart-warming moments.

Live music includes carols from members of Holy Trinity, Sloane Square and All Saint's, Margaret Street choirs, pianist Charles Owen offers seasonal music by Sibelius and Bach, and uplifting Chopin, and jazzers Lauren Bush and Ian Shaw sprinkle their magic on Christmas standards, including Let It Snow, Frosty the Snowman, and Joni Mitchell's River.

There will also be surprise guests speaking of Christmas traditions across the world, classical favourites from Vivaldi, Beethoven, Tchaikovsky and Johann Strauss II, music that celebrates the Christmas across the UK, and listeners will be able to message the show to request seasonal music of their choice for Christmas morning.
