Ariana made her TV debut aged 18 competing on the TV Series 鈥楽o You Think You Can Dance鈥� before going on to feature in shows like HBO鈥檚 鈥榃estworld鈥� and the original off-Broadway cast of the hit musical Hamilton.
After initially refusing to audition for Steven Spielberg鈥檚 film version of West Side Story, Ariana changed her mind, going on to win the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for her performance as Anita.
Ariana鈥檚 most recent project is Disney鈥檚 new animated musical-comedy, Wish, released last month. Ariana plays Asha, a 17-year-old girl who makes a wish so powerful that it is answered by a cosmic force.
