Music PR Alan Edwards

Music PR veteran Alan Edwards shares his 70s memories with Johnnie.

Alan Edwards has been in music PR for half a century. In fact, it's probably easier to write a list of who he hasn't worked with, rather than a list of who he has! His company, The Outside Organisation, looked after David Bowie, Blondie, The Who - even the Spice Girls. Alan has been there and done it - more than once.

Hear him chat to Johnnie about his beginnings in the music business and some of his stand out memories from the 1970s, plus his new book, 'I Was There - Dispatches From A Life In Rock n Roll'.
