Two happy hours of feel-good dance floor fillers and brilliant beats to make you move! DJ Spoony serves up tunes from the 70s to the present day, from soulful house to lyrical garage, and rhythmical RnB to awe-inspiring remixes. It's all killer and no filler with big dollops of nostalgia to make you smile. Our genial host also unveils his 鈥楴ew 2 Spoon鈥� which is a minty-fresh track that has caught his ears in the week.

Ha莽ienda DJ Graeme Park, Manchester club royalty, is one of the original founders of the UK's rave scene and tonight he chooses the tracks that take him back as he shares his early clubbing tales in 'Rewind Selector'. Graeme's DJ career first began in 1984 playing acid house around numerous bars and clubs in Nottingham. His legendary sets gained him an invite to join Mike Pickering (of M-People fame) at the decks of the renowned The Ha莽ienda club in 1987, where he played until the venue closed in June 1997. Park and Pickering were credited with putting the club on the map with their successful club nights, notably hosting the visionary "Nude" night on Fridays. Graeme is still going strong with plenty of gigs on the go, and he is also a senior lecturer in creative media at Wrexham University! Spoony also has two very special mixes keep the Friday night vibes flowing. Then later on our host takes to the decks live for 'The Good Groove Deep Cuts Mix', a glamorous, high energy selection that will make you want to push back the sofa and dance.
