Fearne Cotton is the Rewind Selector!

Two happy hours of feel-good floor fillers! And presenter and author Fearne Cotton chooses the tracks that take her back to the dance floors of her youth in 'Rewind Selector'.

DJ Spoony serves up tunes from the 70s to the present day, from soulful house to lyrical garage, and rhythmical RnB to awe-inspiring remixes. It's all killer and no filler with big dollops of nostalgia to make you smile. Our genial host also unveils his 鈥楴ew 2 Spoon鈥�, which is a minty-fresh track that has caught his ears in the week.

Also, a celebrity guest chooses the tracks that take them back as they share their early clubbing tales in 'Rewind Selector'. This week, presenter, broadcaster, author and podcaster Fearne Cotton picks her favourites. Fearne began her career in the late 90s as a children鈥檚 TV presenter on the Disney Club and went on to present Top of the Pops (with her good friend Reggie Yates), Interior Design Masters, Celebrity Juice, as well as Children in Need with the late great Sir Terry Wogan. Her CV is as long as your arm but it was in 2016, after she had said goodbye to a long tenure at Radio 1,that Fearne started covering shows at 大象传媒 Radio 2. In 2020 Fearne landed her own show 'Sounds of the 90s' where she dives in to the music and pop culture of one of the greatest decades, Saturday nights from 10pm. You can listen to 'Sounds of the 90s' at any time on 大象传媒 Sounds or your smart speaker. It鈥檚 lots of fun, just like The Good Groove!

Two very special mixes keep the Friday night vibes flowing. Kicking off the show is 'The Good Groove 90s Party Mix' for hot tub discos, car seat dancing and living room sing-alongs everywhere. Then later on our host takes to the decks live for 'The Good Groove Deep Cuts Mix', a glamorous, high energy selection that will make you want to push back the sofa and dance.
