Mouthwatering recipes from Anna Haugh, Yotam Ottolenghi, Jane Baxter and Owen Morgan. Also, Rick Stein, Dame Mary Berry and Clive Myrie head out across the UK and abroad!

In a celebration of seasonality, Anna Haugh kicks things off with her delicious roasted chicken crown with a rich sweetcorn sauce, finished with an array of wild mushrooms and a whiskey glaze.

Yotam Ottlenghi takes to the hobs with his twist on an Indian street food classic, chaat masala potatoes with tamarind and yoghurt, before Jane Baxter makes two Italian dishes from Bari that translate to 'killer spaghetti' and 'blinded husband'.

Owen Morgan combines Spanish flavours with the incredible Welsh produce on offer as he makes tapa of lamb shoulder with an ajo blanco, cockles and sea herbs. And at the end of the show, Alexander Armstrong faces his food heaven, herb-crusted razor clams with crispy pork belly, or his food hell, sago pudding with poached blackberries.

Meanwhile, Rick Stein whips up a venison wellington, Dame Mary Berry teaches a nervous Lorraine Kelly how to make a quick fish supper, and Clive takes part in the Tiramisu World Cup, even though he鈥檚 never made tiramisu before!
