Georgina Hayden kicks things off with a brilliant, Cypriot-inspired brunch, whipping up anari pancakes topped with griddled peaches and chopped pistachios.

Then, the husband and wife team from Honey & Co, Itamar Srulovich and Sarit Packer, serve Middle Eastern-inspired spiced lamb chops with a rocket, fig and walnut salad. And Mandy Yin takes to the hobs for her debut dish – a sensational spiced prawn laksa.

Imad Alarnab makes traditional falafel wraps with tahini sauce whilst sharing his incredible story, from Damascus to Doncaster. And at the end of the show, Rhod Gilbert faces his food heaven, a pimped-up baked potato, or his food hell, a ballotine of trout.

Meanwhile, Rick Stein heads to a farm in Falmouth that specialises in salad leaves, Dame Mary Berry whips up a sweet treat for Lorraine Kelly, and Clive Myrie heads to the Venetian Lagoon.
