Providing their true thoughts on full English breakfasts and bechamel sauce hacks are food experts Tim Anderson, Jeremy Pang, Lerato Umah-Shaylor and Sophie Wright.

Jay and the panel discuss hash browns and the tastiest one-pot dishes, and respond to a perhaps controversial question - what鈥檚 the point of mozzarella? They later take a stance on the best flavour of jam, and deliberate over the proper shape to cut a sandwich.

And if you too feel strongly about the way your veg is chopped, Jeremy Pang offers validating intel about the importance of chopping methods in Chinese cookery.
