As the Pacifistas start attacking the pirates at the mouth of the bay, Whitebeard’s suspicion about the Marines’ plan is confirmed. They are planning to trap all the pirates inside the bay to capture them and execute Ace at the same time. Sengoku orders all the video feed to be cut off, but can’t find the one Buggy and his men stole to advertise Buggy to the world. Later, everybody is shocked to see Squardo, the captain of an ally crew, betraying Whitebeard and stabbing him in the chest with his sword.
