Richard Bainbridge serves up a restaurant-style dish of grilled aubergines with miso vinaigrette, while Adam Byatt embraces autumn weather with his octopus, morteau sausage and bean cassoulet, served with a slice of crusty bread. And Julie Lin spices things up with her beef satay and sumptuous peanut sauce.
Jeremy Lee rustles up the perfect Sunday lunch with roasted leg of pork, sweet onion and crispy sage leaves served alongside a bitter leaf salad. Then Iain Stirling faces his food heaven - potato gnocchi with salami, or his food hell - tuna steak with courgette fritti.
