Shirahoshi admits that a few years after Otohime鈥檚 assassination, Megalo, who witnessed the whole thing, told her secretly that Hody was the killer. Shirahoshi kept the truth to herself, honoring her mother鈥檚 last wish that they mustn鈥檛 resent the killer no matter who he is. Unfazed, Hody raises a sword to execute Neptune. Shirahoshi cries out to Luffy to help her father, and Luffy suddenly appears from inside Megalo and blasts Hody away. Nami appears and steals the Celestial Dragon鈥檚 letter from Hody鈥檚 men. Robin unlocks the chains binding Neptune and the princes, who fly away with Hoe. The other Straw Hats also appear and are ready to take on Hody and his men. The islanders ask Luffy if they are friend or foe, and Luffy tells them to decide for themselves.
