The Sunny docks on the west coast of Dressrosa. The group divides up into three groups. Luffy, Law, Sanji, Franky, and Kin'emon head into town to find and destroy the Smile factory and to rescue Kanjuro, Kin'emon's friend. Usopp and Robin are in charge of dropping off Caesar. Nami, Chopper, Brook, and Momonosuke stay behind to protect the Sunny. The group that goes into town discovers that the populace of Dressrosa is made up of humans and live toys. They enter a local tavern to gather information. In the back of the restaurant, there is a roulette table where a blind man, who Zoro encountered earlier on the street, gets cheated by a group of local crooks who take advantage of his blindness.
