During a meeting at Marine Headquarters, it is revealed that Buggy has become one of the Seven Warlords and that Akainu has dispatched a Fujitora to Dressrosa. During a meeting with his officers, Doflamingo is shown to be in possession of the Flame-Flame Fruit, Ace's former Devil Fruit, the item he presumes Luffy would want very badly.
