An array of tasty treats from Mandy Yin, Theo Randall, Alison Roman and Paul A Young. Plus Rick Stein, Dame Mary Berry and the Hairy Bikers head out across the UK and beyond.
Mandy Yin prepares a fragrant pineapple and mussel curry with a cooling coconut rice on the side before Theo Randall delivers a Parma ham-wrapped fillet of beef coated in a rich, unctuous port and Amarone sauce.
Alison Roman makes a fuss free, one-pot roast chicken with dates and caramelised onions, served alongside a punchy garlic dressed salad. Then, Paul A Young delivers another chocolate masterclass with his cherry and almond truffles.
And Nick Grimshaw rounds off the show with either his food heaven, tuna steak with puttanesca linguine, or his food hell, roast squash with halloumi.
Meanwhile, Rick Stein heads to Naples to discovery the delights of Italian seafood, Dame Mary Berry takes a stroll through London鈥檚 Chinatown, and the Hairy Bikers are lobster fishing in Scotland.
