Main content

An array of tasty dishes from Sabrina Ghayour, Niklas Ekstedt, Edd Kimber and Andi Oliver. Also, Rick Stein, Dame Mary Berry and the Hairy Bikers head out across the UK and abroad.

Sabrina Ghayour prepares three Middle Eastern treats – vine-baked feta, tamarind prawns and freekeh salad! Then Niklas Ekstedt takes to the hobs with a classic Jansson’s temptation, which he claims is the perfect midnight snack in Sweden.

To celebrate Stir Up Sunday, Edd Kimber joins us in the studio to make a lighter version of a classic Christmas pudding that’s still packed full of flavour, fruit and booze. Andi Oliver whips up her Caribbean spin on a vindaloo and makes vinidaloush with a side of plantain and coconut fungee.

Owen Morgan showcase three styles of sherries and the perfect food to accompany them. And Alfie Boe tucks into either his food heaven, pot-au-feu of lamb with cockles, or his food hell, warm onion tart with crispy tripe.

Meanwhile, Rick Stein heads to Naples in search of the best seafood, Dame Mary Berry whips up a zesty pud with Michael Ball, and the Hairy Bikers discover an Italian classic made right in the heart of Scotland using all-Scottish ingredients.
