Luffy goes ashore by himself to buy a new stock of cola for the Sunny but is attacked again. He is blown away to an outdoor bath where Boa Hancock is bathing. Luffy and Hancock are delighted by their reunion when they are attacked by the same men. They escape to a factory owned by the Cidre Guild where Hancock informs Luffy about the upcoming Pirates Expo, a secret festival for pirates. Then Cidre, the leader of the Cidre Guild and a formidable pirate hunter with a deep hatred toward all pirates, flies out of the factory and starts attacking Luffy and Hancock.
