Kicking things off with a taste of Ireland is Anna Haugh – she’s whipping up a boxty with Dublin Bay prawns, all wrapped up in lovage puree. It's like an Irish take on a taco!
Then, Marianne Lumb revolutionises the way you’ll make gnocchi with a foolproof method served with crispy cavolo nero and roasted squash, before Henry Preen celebrates National Yorkshire Pudding Day with his roast dinner burritos…
Is there a Doctor in the kitchen? Yes, there is! Dr Rupy rustles up a delicious and healthy chicken, and then Freddy Bird takes to the hobs with his confit duck and vichy carrots.
And we round off the show with Tom Allen and Suzi Ruffell fighting it out for their food heaven! Will Tom come out on top with his food heaven, a classic French bouillabaisse, or will Suzi take the crown with her food heaven, cauliflower curry with all the usual accompaniments?
