We hear how the unlikely combination of Snow White and the A1 were the ingredients for the first (and last) Bargain Hunt pantomime, which aired on Christmas Day in 2002.

Thomas also reveals that the late great Terry Wogan had a thing or two to say about him and his team after they made a huge loss on the show. Sir Terry made reference to it on his Radio 2 show the following day – and it was blushes all round! And who can forget the episode when Tim Weeks’s team purchased an old ice cream freezer? The bidders in the saleroom were not impressed, and Tim still holds the dubious honour of buying the only item not to sell on Bargain Hunt!
