Rob was just a nipper when he decided that radio was the job for him, spinning the discs at school discos and presenting on his own mini radio station. He now takes to the airwaves every Saturday between 12-2pm, presenting your big match build up.
The Rock n Goal years aims to bring you all the latest news on Ipswich Town Football Club including a behind the scenes look at what goes on off the pitch.
Each week Rob will be joined by Ipswich Town legend Kevin 'The Beat' Beattie, widely regarded as one of the best players ever to pull on an Ipswich shirt, and Evening Star sports columnist Elvin King.
There will be guests, chat and of course music as the Rock n Goal clock is turned back to bring you some great footballing memories.
