Sounds Country, every Sunday afternoon (1400 - 1600) on 大象传媒 Radio Merseyside gives you comprehensive coverage on what country music is all about with a local gig guide, interviews and great music.
Born and raised on Country, Mike Shepherd shares his knowledge and musical influences from George Jones, Conway Twitty and Hank Marvin to Luke Bryan, Eric Church and everything in between.
He's been lucky enough to interview some of the biggest names on the scene including The Mavericks and Charley Pride.
Mike's aim is to听widen people's perception of Country Music one song at a time.
