JVS and his team fight for your rights and tackle your consumer problems.
Coming up on todays programme...
Barry's neighbours are so noisy he's been forced to drive to a motorway service station every night to sleep in his car. Housing officers want him to sleep with a recording device to gather evidence for his case, but he's on anti-depressants and is too scared to stay in his home. He needs a note from a GP to convince the authorities he's in real trouble but did he make it to the surgery in time and will he get the help he needs?
And do you remember William? He's been driving his wife to central London for vital cancer treatment and has been landed with a whopping bill for the congestion charge. The hospital refused to refund the charges as William had left his claim too long. Luckily William came to JVS and his consumer team and the hospital had a change of heart. But has he got his money back?
Tune in from 11am as we reveal all.
And from 1pm it's the phone-in. Today JVS asks "Are Carers Paid Enough to look after their loved ones?"
With a panel of top guests and all your local stories it's sure to be a lively afternoon.
