JVS and his team fight for your rights and tackle your consumer problems.

Coming up on todays show...

Ron's just got the all clear from skin cancer and is taking his wife for two relaxing weeks in Tunisia. The trouble is, on Wednesday the travel agent called to say their hotel's expensive refurb hasn't been finished and they can't stay there. They've been downgraded to a family friendly mega-hotel with ice cream and water slides but all they wanted was a quiet spot in the sun with a couple of spritzas. Can JVS and the team prevent Ron's holiday nightmare?

And what about Peter the plucky paperboy? He's fifteen and gets paid 脗拢7.45p to deliver 100 newspapers and 100 leaflets. He's been told he's got to take a pay cut and will now earn 脗拢5.30p. He's not sure whether he should bother anymore. JVS is on the case to find out why Peter's salary has been reduced.

And how could you forget Sue? The company that manufactured her car have extended the warranty on gearboxes due to a recognised fault. The problem is they say her car is the wrong year to reap the benefits of this extention. She's scared her sporty motor might be too dangerous to drive but to get the repairs done herself will cost 脗拢1000! Tim's on the case but can he shift the company into gear?

And then in the phone-in from 1pm JVS asks, "Should we be nicer to fat people?"

With a panel of top guests and all your local stories it's sure to be a lively afternoon!
