Patient survey, computers, armed forces

Swine flu overload blamed for patient dissatisfaction, are you doing all you can to prevent problems with your computer, ceremony in Ipswich to celebrate our British Armed Forces.

A new survey says that thousands of patients are failing to get an appointment to see their GP within 48 hours and that the out of hours service is below standard. James will be speaking to a local GP to get his reaction.

The Prime Minister says the public should do more to express its support for the armed forces. So what more can be done and what do YOU do to show support for our brave men & woman?

Hundreds of us moan about our computers when they let us down at a crucial moment - but are we doing enough to minimise that inconvenience? James speaks to an expert who says we're not.
