This morning - England football super-fan Barry Stevens from Chippenham added a dose of realism for fans downbeat after the 4-1 defeat to Germany. Barry is looking forward to the future, not looking back.

And there is a campaign for more of us to learn sign language. Matthew spoke to Taz Tamin from Trowbridge whose ten year old daughter Katie is deaf, and also to Judy Choules who has set up a new support group for deaf children and their parents in Wiltshire.
