Mitchell was nominated by sister Jamielee to train and dance with his heroes; dance group Diversity.

After losing his dad 2 years ago, Mitchell secretly taught himself to dance as a way of coping with his grief. Only after finding clips he had posted of himself dancing on you tube, did his family discover his hidden talent. Dancing has really helped him regain his confidence, and having Mitchell dance with Diversity on Tonight鈥檚 the Night was his sister鈥檚 way of telling him how much he is loved. It鈥檚 also the best confidence boost he could have 鈥� Just how many 14 year old boys get to appear on Saturday night television with Britain鈥檚 hottest dance act, and look like they鈥檝e been doing it for years.

So impressed were Diversity by Mitchell鈥檚 dancing, that they have named their latest dance move after him: 鈥淭he Mitchell鈥�
