READING A 21ST CENTURY CHURCH
As Richard Taylor’s journey draws to a close, he visits a 21st century church in Peterborough. Kingsgate looks more like a rock venue that a conventional church but Richard still sees within it evidence of a 1000 years of church tradition – a cross on the stage, coloured lights instead of stained glass and smoke machines instead of incense.
