A behind-the-scenes look at how Candleford's newest arrival, Gabriel Cochrane, was brought into being by make-up artist Lesley Faulkner, costume designer Pam Downe and of course the actor playing him, Richard Harrington - who explains why he feels he 'gets' Gabriel, the connection his character makes with Dorcas Lane, and his bemusement as to why exactly he landed the part.
