Graham is asking why, in the face of cutbacks, local authorities are still owed more than 拢11.5m in unrecovered council tax.
We're live with the Blackpool homeless charity fearing for its future in the face of cuts to grant funding. The Bay Housing Association offers specialist sheltered accommodation for vulnerable young people on a temporary basis, to help them get back on their feet and into training or employment.
And we hear how Lancaster's Williamson Park is being restored to how it looked when it was built more than 100 years ago.
