There's a claim that more of an historic Ipswich church could have been saved if a key piece of fire fighting equipment had been working properly.

The Fire Brigades Union say a turntable ladder that attended the blaze at St. Michaels Church in Upper Orwell Street on Monday broke down at the scene and the other was being serviced.

Andy Vingoe, the Suffolk chairman of the FBU has been telling Stephen about their concerns.
