10 year old Leah Colebrooke has battled through some tough times after being diagnosed as a type one diabetic when she was just six years old. This potentially life threatening condition has never affected Leah who loves to sing, dance and perform. Her mum Helen nominated her saying it would be a dream come true if Leah could perform in front of millions of people.

John surprised Leah at school when, during an impromptu talent contest, he revealed that it was all a set up and that Leah would be coming to the Tonight's the Night studio to duet with one of her singing idols, Girls Aloud star Nicola Roberts. The pair performed the Elton John classic "Your Song" and received a standing ovation.
