Between 5 and 6pm, we'll give you a full round-up of the day's news and events, the latest in sport and keep you regularly updated on the traffic and travel situation across the area.

At 6pm, its Decades - three tracks from a particular era. Monday features the 1960s, Tuesday is the 1970s, Wednesday it's the turn of the 1980s and on Thursday we have three from the 1990s. On Fridays, we take three songs from the Noughties.

There's also the Magic Musical Moment - your choice of a classic song from the musicals, and you choose the tune to fit the headline in our feature, ‘And Finally’
