Craig Jarvis from Ravenwood Hall Hotel does the Amazon Jungle Marathon

Craig Jarvis, owner of Ravenwood Hall Hotel in Rougham, leaves Suffolk to do the Amazon Jungle Marathon, the race that attracts few competitors and even fewer finishers.

James Hazell sits in. James chats to Craig Jarvis, owner of Ravenwood Hall Hotel in Rougham. He leaves Suffolk today to do the Amazon Jungle Marathon - a race that takes place in 100% humidity and temperatures in excess of 40C.

Tony Ditheridge from Hawker Restorations in Milden sits on the sofa. He tells James about the Hawker Hurricane shot down in World War Two, which he has restored (the pilot survived). He has also supplied another plane to the People's Museum of Cairo.

Roger Grosvenor from the East of England Co-operative chats about the wildlife calendar that is raising money for Suffolk, Essex and Norfolk Wildlife Trusts.

James talks to Matthew Wetmore, director of the Halesworth Arts Festival, which starts on Saturday.
